1. The service
MMONova is a directory of Lineage 2 private servers, run by the MMONova team. Server owners list their servers, clans and players post ads, and visitors browse them for free. By using the site you accept these terms.
We do not operate, endorse or control the servers listed here. What happens on a listed server, including anything you pay there, is between you and that server. Lineage 2 is a trademark of NCSOFT Corporation. MMONova is not affiliated with NCSOFT.
2. Accounts
You need an account to publish anything. Use a real email address you control, keep your login safe and do not share the account. You must be at least 16 to have an account and at least 18, or have a parent's permission, to buy Nova Coins. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
3. What you may publish
List only servers, clans and projects you run or are allowed to represent, with accurate details. Not allowed: malware, phishing or any site that tries to steal accounts, illegal content, impersonation of another server, and spam. Every submission is reviewed before it appears, a changed server name or website is reviewed again, and we may reject or remove anything that breaks these rules. If a submission is not approved you see the reason in your account and can fix it.
4. Nova Coins
Nova Coins (NC) are the site's virtual currency. You buy them through PayPal at 1 NC for 1 EUR, larger purchases receive bonus coins, and the coins are added to your account as soon as PayPal confirms the payment. Nova Coins can only be spent on MMONova, for paid listing tiers and advertising. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be exchanged back for money, except as described under refunds.
Refunds. Coins you bought and have not spent can be refunded within 14 days of the purchase: write to [email protected] from your account email. Bonus coins and coins you already spent are not refundable. Because coins are delivered immediately at your request, the statutory right of withdrawal ends for coins once they are spent.
Reversed payments. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the coins it bought are removed. If they were already spent, the account balance becomes negative and what was bought with them may be withdrawn.
5. Paid tiers and advertising
Listing tiers (VIP 10 NC per month, Premium 15 NC per month, Sovereign 25 NC per month, with 20% off a full year) run for the period you buy and then return to the free tier. Buying the same tier again adds time after the current period; choosing a different tier starts at once and replaces the time that was left.
Advertising banners are charged when you order and go live after we review the image and the destination. The days you paid for start on approval. An order we decline is refunded in full to your Nova Coins. Banners and destinations must follow section 3; one that stops doing so is taken down. We do not promise any number of visitors or players.
6. The global calendar
The Global page gathers opening announcements that are already public on other listing sites and names the source of each. If you run one of those servers and want an entry corrected or removed, write to us.
7. Reporting content
If something on MMONova is illegal, unsafe or breaks these rules, email [email protected] with the page address and what is wrong. We look at every report and tell you what we decided. If we remove something you published, we tell you why, and you can answer.
8. Liability and changes
We run the site with care but provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it is always available or that every listing is accurate. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you as a consumer. We may update these terms; if a change matters we announce it on the site first. The law of the country where the operator is established applies, without taking away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in.
