What to write about
Your listing or account. Most things you can do yourself from your account: edit a server, see why a submission was not approved, upgrade, or delete the account. Write from your account email if you are stuck.
Payments and refunds. Include the top-up number or the PayPal transaction reference so we can find it. The refund rules are in the Terms.
Reporting a listing, banner or ad. Send the page address and what is wrong with it (unsafe site, impersonation, illegal content). We review every report and reply with the outcome.
The global calendar. If your server appears on the Global page with wrong details, or you want it removed, tell us its name and website.
