How do I add a server?
Click "Add Server" in the menu and fill out the form — name, website, rates, chronicle, and opening date. Once submitted, an administrator will review your request and the server will appear in the list.
How long does moderation take?
Review usually takes anywhere from a few hours up to 24 hours. It may take longer on weekends. If your server hasn't appeared within 2 days, message us on Telegram.
Why wasn't my server published?
Possible reasons: a broken website link, an incorrect opening date, a wrong chronicle or rates, or the server is already in our database. Check your details and submit the request again.
How do I edit my server's information?
Open your account and press Edit next to the server. Rates, chronicle, opening date, contacts and description are saved at once. A new name or website is shown after a short review, and until then the listing keeps the approved ones.
What are VIP, Premium and Sovereign?
Paid tiers that make a listing stand out. VIP adds a gold badge, a highlight and a higher position. Premium adds your own listing colour and a place in the Featured block. Sovereign adds your own background banner and the top of the list. Prices are on the Advertising page, and a full year costs 20% less.
How do I upgrade my server?
Once the server is listed, press Upgrade next to it in your account, choose the tier and the number of months and pay with Nova Coins. It is active immediately. Buying the same tier again adds the new months after the current ones.
How does voting work?
Players vote for a server here, once every 12 hours. Votes decide a server's position on the top list. Most servers give an in-game reward for voting, which is arranged by the server, not by us.
I run a server. How do I reward my players for voting?
Your listing comes with a vote link and an API key, both in Votes & API in your account. Your server asks us whether a player voted and gives whatever reward you choose. The setup guide has working Java and PHP examples; if your vote module already expects a plain 1 or 0, pointing it at our URL is usually the whole job.
What are Nova Coins?
The site's own currency for tiers and advertising: 1 Nova Coin costs 1 EUR, and larger purchases come with bonus coins. They are only used on MMONova. The refund rules are in the Terms.
How does banner advertising work?
Pick a placement and a number of days on the Advertising page and pay with Nova Coins. We look at the banner and its destination, usually within a day, and the days you paid for start when it goes live. If we cannot accept it, the coins come straight back.
Is the forum the same account?
No. The forum has its own registration, separate from your MMONova account.
Is adding a server free?
Yes. A regular listing is free and stays free. The paid tiers are optional.
How many servers can I add?
There is no limit. You can add as many servers as you like. Each one is moderated separately.
Can I remove a server?
Yes, message us and we remove it. Deleting your account under Settings removes everything you listed in one go.
How do I contact the administration?
Email: [email protected]. We reply within one working day. More on the Contact page.
